In line with our strategic plan Ingerop 2020 which aims at increasing our international turnover to at least 25% of our global activity, we recently acquired two new engineering companies, ICE in South Africa and Rendel in the UK. The first one located in Cape Town will strengthen our presence in this economically active part of South Africa, where we already have four offices in Johannesburg, Durban, Polokwane and Cape Town. With the acquisition of Rendel (see article inside), we can structure a new geographic division “UK and the Middle East” based on their presence and references in those parts of the world. Hence the Ingerop network can now be clearly identified in Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East where we created a subsidiary in Riyadh early this year. By increasing our participation in the shareholding of INGEROSEC last year, we confirmed as well our strategy to gradually expand in Asia.
In the meantime our export activity in 2015 should be steady in particular due to the high level of activity of 4 major contracts, ie the studies and PPP scheme development for line 3 of the Metro in Lima, the works supervision of the tramway of Medellin, the supervision of the Bar-Boljare motorway in Montenegro and the design and supervision of the new international airport terminal of Geneva (see article inside).

Ingerop has acquired the entire capital of Rendel Ltd, engineering and project management subsidiary of the British company High Point Rendel (HPR).
