In 2010, Ingerop Strasbourg made a project of construction management "electricity fluid" to equip the management of a new building of 5,600 m² for the Group "CONFISERIE NAHOR" This facility is destined to become a factory of a group specializing in the manufacture of moulded chocolates and marketed under the brand ROHAN. It is used as a place of storage prior to dispatch. Produced throughout the year, the chocolate is consumed mainly in winter and at Easter. To ensure perfect conservation, should be kept in storage rooms at a temperature close to 18 ° C, even in the hottest period of summer. For air conditioning the building, the traditional solution was to produce iced water, distributed by the battery cooling of the nine air handling units, which cools the air. The client wanted a more competitive solution in terms of energy, but limiting the investment. The solution proposed by Ingerop was the direct expansion "inveter" and reversible. The idea was to put four groups VRV (Variable volume cooling) "inveter" identical 32 kW in parallel per plant of 30 000 m³ / h. Two manufacturers (ROBATHERM and Daikin), Driven by Ingerop, have joined and have found technical solution for this concept The solution has many advantages: Cheaper in terms of installation cos...
